Translation from the hoster:

Information from our service provider: There is currently a large-scale network attack (DDoS) on one of our customers. The attack is reaching a volume of around 300 million packets per second.

Due to the high load, customers using our DDoS protection are currently experiencing minor packet losses. We reacted immediately, tightened the filter rules and rerouted the traffic via an additional pre-filter.

The packet loss should stabilize or resolve completely shortly.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

The answer from Venocix: (Translated into English)

"There is currently a partial disruption in the network. Packet loss is occurring on some routes, especially on routes via Telekom. However, the packet loss occurs before our network, so we have to wait for the fault to be rectified. We have already notified the necessary departments of the problem and are actively working to resolve it."
